At home, and on the APA Hotel Good Sleep plan
Rating
I stayed on the APA Hotel DENBA plan and was impressed. The next morning I felt much better after drinking than usual.
I found the Good Sleep Plan offered by APA Hotel online, and that stay was the first time I experienced DENBA. That evening I had a dinner party and drank quite a bit, so I was braced for a rough morning. When I woke up, though, I felt noticeably better than usual.
At the time I thought I had simply been in better shape than usual. But my job involves a lot of dinner parties, so hangovers are hard to avoid. I remembered that they had been lighter on the nights I stayed at APA Hotel, and I have used the Good Sleep Plan on business trips ever since.
I really do notice a difference between the nights I stay at APA and the nights I don't. Looking into it further, I read about sleep quality, deeper sleep and reduced fatigue after exercise. My own guess is that those are what make the difference for me, and that search is what brought me to this site and led me to get in touch.
There were three models, so I called to ask what separated them. The differences came down to how many mats you can connect at once and the voltage. I assumed I would be pushed toward the most expensive one, but the person on the phone asked in detail about how, where and with how many people I would use it, and recommended DENBA Charge for one person. It was the least expensive of the three, and that was part of why I decided so quickly. If a couple uses separate beds, they said DENBA Standard would be the better fit.
I had already used it several times at APA Hotel, so I decided quickly. They also offer a trial before purchase, which I would recommend to anyone who is curious.
